Ground Shipping

All orders are shipped via FedEx Ground, UPS Ground or US Postal Service.
Shipping charges for orders being shipped in the 48 continental US are calculated per item. The minimum charge is $8.95 for the first item and $2.00 for each additional item.
If your order is being shipped outside the 48 continental US, please contact us for a shipping quote.

All of our sports picture frames are custom made and manufactured to your specifications. The wooden picture frames will ship direct from the factory within 10-12 business days of payment processing. Shipping time - about 5 business days.

Returns

We guarantee our personalized products to be free of manufacturing errors or product defects. If there is a quality issue with your order, you may return it in new condition and in its original packaging for a prompt exchange for the same item, or immediate full refund. Understandably, personalized items cannot be accepted for return, unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect.
In addition, due to the crafted nature of many of our items, some variation from product to product (and from our samples) may exist. These variations are not defects, and we do not accept returns due to these variations.
All refunds and exchanges must be made within 10 days of receipt.

Payment

All payments are made in advance.
Credit Cards are charged prior to production. The charge on your statement will be to CustomSportsPictureFrames.
Paypal payment must be made and cleared prior to production.
Money Orders need to be received, deposited and cleared prior to production. This can sometimes take up to 10 business days.
